Biography

Teresa Hair is an Associate Attorney in the Tampa office. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Florida in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from Capital University School of Law in 2007. She is licensed to practice in Florida and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Texas, and Southern District of Texas. Teresa and has practiced in the Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights field since 2009, and is a co-author of The Florida Bar’s “Mortgage Foreclosure and Alternatives”, 8th Edition (2014) and 12th Edition (2022).
