Biography

Mr. Henley serves as Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Security Officer for Technology at Brock & Scott, PLLC. He is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s technology, security, and infrastructure strategy in support of business operations, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and over 22 years in the mortgage default industry, Mr. Henley brings deep expertise across enterprise architecture, application development, infrastructure and data center operations, cybersecurity, vendor management, business continuity, privacy, and data loss and fraud prevention.

Mr. Henley leads both strategic planning and operational execution, combining hands-on technical knowledge with executive leadership. He partners closely with firm leadership to ensure technology investments align with business objectives, operational resilience, and client trust. His role includes safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.

Known for anticipating emerging technology trends and translating them into practical business solutions, Mr. Henley helps ensure Brock & Scott remains secure, reliable, and competitive in a highly regulated environment.
