Biography

Before joining Brock & Scott in September 2020, Mr. Collister operated his own boutique Creditors Rights Law Firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. He focused in unsecured collections and civil litigation on behalf of regional and national creditors. Prior to that, Mr. Collister was managing attorney for the Kentucky Office of a national collections law firm. In his 20-year career, Mr. Collister has been lead counsel for the Real Estate Default Group of several regional law firms, including Gerner & Kearns; Weltman, Weinberg & Reis; and Javitch Block. He has extensive experience in Ohio and Kentucky courts in all aspects of secured and unsecured collections litigation.
