Biography

Saanval Amin is a Senior Associate Attorney with the firm, bringing over eight years of creditors’ rights litigation experience and three years of management leadership. He has managed statewide court dockets and routinely handled a high volume of contested matters, including motions practice and trials. Licensed in North Carolina and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of the state, Saanval is recognized for his ability to navigate the demands of high-volume litigation while earning a strong reputation for professionalism and reliability among colleagues and clients.
