Biography

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Robert Rodely earned his B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024, he began his legal career in civil litigation with a focus on First Party Property Law, zealously advocating for homeowners in insurance disputes to ensure they received the coverage and compensation they deserved. In 2025, Robert joined Brock & Scott, PLLC as a real estate attorney, expanding his expertise to include the areas of Foreclosure and Real Estate Law
