Biography

Robert Oliveri is an Associate Attorney and joined Brock & Scott in 2015. Mr. Oliveri has over 13 years experience in the practice of Creditors Rights. Mr. Oliveri also has extensive experience with Virginia foreclosures, evictions, litigation, bankruptcy, title claims, mechanic's liens, easements, state and federal forfeitures, and other real estate related matters. Mr. Oliveri has also served as a Court-appointed Commissioner for Sale and regularly works with community banks on matters of default and pursuit of security interests. Mr. Oliveri is admitted to all State Courts in Virginia and Maryland, and admitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia, the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District for the Western District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
