Biography

Mario J. Hanyon is an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy department and is responsible for bankruptcy litigation and bankruptcy related matters in Pennsylvania. Mario has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2006, is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Mario received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and his Juris Doctorate from Villanova School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining Brock and Scott, PLLC, Mario was an associate at Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, LLP, here he handled bankruptcy and foreclosure litigation for Northeast and Central Pennsylvania since 2011. Mario is an avid outdoorsman, has 3 children and enjoys CrossFit and spending time with his family.
