Biography

Kristin L. Ritchings is a Partner in the Mount Laurel, New Jersey office. She received her bachelor’s degree in 1993 from the University of Delaware and her Juris Doctor in 1996 from Widener University School of Law. Kristin joins Brock & Scott with 20 years of experience practicing Creditors’ Rights and held the position of Real Estate Owned Partner and most recently Administrative Partner at Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PC. In addition to foreclosure and evictions, Kristin has extensive experience with complex title issue resolution, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, representation of lenders and GSEs in real estate transactions, co-op foreclosures and transfers, installment land contract rescissions and municipal code violations.
