Biography

Kate Tomasik has 11 years of practice as a real property and mortgage default foreclosure attorney, handling both judicial and non-judicial sales. Her experience includes title curative, civil litigation and quiet title actions and appeals at the State and Federal Level. In addition to being licensed in Michigan and Federal Courts, she is licensed to practice tribal court foreclosures. She graduated from Michigan State University School of Law in 2003.
