Biography
Mr. Hardiman has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of Banking, Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, Litigation, Regulatory Compliance and Condominium Law. Mr. Hardiman represents public sector/quasi-governmental agencies such as Maine State Housing Authority; Rhode Island Housing; Fannie Mae; Freddie Mac; HUD, USDA and the Veterans Association. He has also briefed and submitted argument before the Vermont Supreme Court on recent landmark cases in his practice area. Mr. Hardiman is also a licensed title agent for First American Title in the States of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
