Biography

Ben Kitterman is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Collections and Auto Replevin Division. Ben has over 10 years of creditors’ rights representation and litigation. He has represented financial institutions, loan servicers, mortgage lenders, and property owners in matters involving residential and commercial foreclosures, collections, evictions, homeowners' and condominium association (HOA/COA) disputes, title review, and curative actions. He litigates cases through dispositive motions, summary judgment, and trial, ensuring clients' interests are protected from initiation through resolution.
