Biography

Frederick G. “Fred” Staker, III is an Associate Attorney in the West Virginia office of the firm. He has practiced nearly 40 years in the State of West Virginia in a number of capacities, including serving as an assistant county prosecutor, a municipal attorney and prosecutor, and an assistant attorney general. He has also practiced at length in the areas of workers' compensation defense, law enforcement civil service, civil litigation, breach of contract, collection law and enforcement of creditors' rights, trust deed enforcement, foreclosure law, and representation of creditors in bankruptcy.
