Biography
Brandon Perloff is a Senior Associate Attorney at the firm with over a decade of experience in bankruptcy, collections, and civil litigation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School. While at Widener, Brandon was selected for the Moot Court Honor Society and served as an editor on the Journal of Law, Economics and Race.
Brandon is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His dedication to his clients and professionalism among his peers have earned him an excellent reputation within the legal community. In 2026, he was recognized as a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He also serves on the Bankruptcy, Creditors’ and Debtors’ Rights Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Brandon is also a long-standing member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
