Biography

Andrew W. Hogan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in 2005. Andrew received his law degree from the Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, NC in 2010 and his L.L.M. from the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa in 2013. He has over a decade of experience working on a wide range of mortgage and lending issues, such as foreclosure, collections, replevins, landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, title resolution and real estate.
Andrew is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Tennessee State Bar. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. Andrew is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
