The Appellate Practice Group of Brock & Scott handles a full range of representation on appellate matters within federal and state appellate courts across our footprint. Our experience encompasses all substantive areas of law, with a concentration in real estate, residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, complex commercial litigation, and creditor’s rights. Our seasoned attorneys have a distinct understanding of the procedural rules and nuances of appellate practice, beginning with the invocation of the court’s jurisdiction through oral argument.
