Congratulations to Brock & Scott’s Senior Associate, Will Stork, for being the lead author of an article in the January edition of SC Lawyer Magazine. The article is titled, “Sovereign Citizens In South Carolina”. According to the article, the term “Sovereign Citizen” is a catchall term used to describe an individual or group that does not recognize the authority of the federal, state and local governments.
