Biography: Mr. Henley serves as Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Security Officer at Brock & Scott, PLLC. He is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence strategy, including the governance and responsible use of artificial intelligence, in support of business operations, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth.
With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and over 23 years in the mortgage default industry, Mr. Henley brings deep expertise across enterprise architecture, application development, infrastructure operations, and data center management. His background also includes cybersecurity, privacy, vendor and third-party risk management, business continuity, and data loss and fraud prevention, supporting secure and compliant operations in highly regulated environments.
Mr. Henley leads both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, combining hands-on technical expertise with executive leadership. He partners closely with firm leadership to align technology and artificial intelligence initiatives with business objectives, operational resilience, and client requirements. His responsibilities include overseeing technology and AI governance, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate and client data, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and client-driven security standards.
