Biography: Nicholas H. Adler is a Partner in the Brentwood, Tennessee office. He is admitted to practice law in New York (2002) and Tennessee (2005) as well as all Federal districts within Tennessee. He received his B.A. in political science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from The Washington and Lee University School of Law. After his graduation from law school, Nick practiced with a large international firm in New York specializing in securities regulation. Since 2005, his practice has focused on the representation of national and regional credit grantors in Tennessee and has encompassed all aspects of creditors’ rights including but not limited to litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, REO, collections and defense matters.
