Jay Jones is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the firm and Managing Partner of the Bankruptcy Division. Jay has over 25 years of creditors’ rights representation and executive management experience. His comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, coupled with his professionalism and commitment to superior customer service has earned him a stellar reputation among peers and clients alike. Jay is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida and Georgia. He has served on the USFN Board of Directors and is a member of several USFN committees. He is an Associate Member of the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees and a regular participant at NACTT conference events. He is also a frequent lecturer at on-site client educational seminars along with regional and national conferences.
