Edward O’Leary

Edward O’Leary is an attorney in the Litigation Department of Brock & Scott PLLC. Ed has years of experience in Lender Liability, Landlord-Tenant, Title Curative, and general litigation relating to commercial and residential real estate. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and in the U.S. District Courts serving each of these states and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Ed has represented lending institutions and loan servicers in many summary process matters, civil actions, appeals, mediations and real estate transactions.
