Devin Majors is an Attorney practicing in Litigation, Foreclosures, and Evictions at Brock & Scott, PLLC. Devin has experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, restructuring, and insolvency matters across state and federal jurisdictions. Devin is licensed in Tennessee and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee. He has been recognized as a 2025 Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court and is a 2024 Global Impact Fellow with the Memorial Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Urban Debate League and is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.

Devin earned his J.D. with an Advocacy concentration from the University of Tennessee, where he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was a two-time National Trial Team Captain. His advocacy led to his induction into the National Order of Barristers and the creation of the “Devin A. Majors Award” in his honor by the UT Knoxville Student Government Association. During his undergraduate studies at UT Martin, where he also served two terms as Student Body President, he received the university’s highest honor, the Paul and Martha Meek Award. In his free time, Devin enjoys traveling, community service, and playing instruments.
