Ben Rodriguez

Biography: Prior to joining Brock & Scott, Ben practiced foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights for 16 years in Ohio and Kentucky. Ben also has experience in litigation, appeals, collections, evictions, and title insurance defense. Ben has lectured for continuing legal education seminars on foreclosure, title claims, and loan document negotiation.
