Alejandro Gutierrez

Alejandro Jose Gutierrez is a Florida attorney with experience in litigation support, client communication, court-related preparation, collections, and debtor-creditor matters. He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2025 and is admitted to The Florida Bar.

Before entering creditors’ rights practice, Alejandro gained legal experience at the Law Office of Rick Mirsky, Esq., where he assisted with family law, criminal defense, traffic, child support, and civil litigation matters. His work included legal research, document preparation, case organization, filings, client intake, and support for court appearances.

Alejandro has a strong interest in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, foreclosure, debt enforcement, and commercial litigation. He has completed coursework in Bankruptcy Law and is developing his practice in creditors’ rights with a focus on financial institution and creditor representation.

Alejandro is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to professionalism, clear communication, and continued growth as an attorney.
