Biography

Chad is a Senior Associate Attorney in our Columbia, South Carolina office, where he brings a well-rounded and results-driven approach to his legal practice. With a focus on litigation and appellate matters, Chad is known for his strategic thinking, thorough preparation, and steadfast advocacy.

A certified mediator, Chad also works with clients to resolve disputes outside the courtroom through thoughtful and effective alternative dispute resolution. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex debtor-creditor disputes and real estate-related litigation, both at trial and on appeal.

In addition to his client work, Chad contributes to the firm’s internal operations, serving on both the Compliance Committee and the Emergency Response Team.

Outside the office, Chad leads a full and active life. He and his wife are proud parents of two children. A fourth-degree black belt in American Sport Karate, Chad applies the same discipline and focus in the courtroom as he does on the mat. He also serves as President of his homeowners association and is a certified judge with the South Carolina Barbeque Association—bringing both leadership and a touch of Southern flavor to everything he does.
