Biography

Alan M. Presel is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Foreclosure Division of Brock & Scott, PLLC in the Charlotte office. Alan also works with Litigation, Judicial Foreclosure, Collections and Evictions. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1997. Alan received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar, American Bar Association and North Carolina Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in North Carolina, and has appeared before the North Carolina Supreme Court for oral arguments.
