Brock & Scott's Collections Division provides collection and recovery services to banks, lenders, auto finance companies, credit grantors, debt buyers and other asset holders in eight states: Michigan, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. We typically provide services for all claim types from our main office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. By using a centralized office, we can ensure quality, timeliness and compliance with regulations and our client work standards. Since our firm has over 17 offices in eight states, we have the ability to use Brock & Scott attorneys at our hearings.
