Biography
Sarah is a Senior Associate and the Managing Litigation Attorney for the jurisdictions of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Sarah is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar (2004), the District Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2005), the State of New Hampshire Bar (2011), and District Court for the State of New Hampshire (2020). With over 15 years of complex default servicing and foreclosure litigation experience, Sarah primarily represents both small and large institutional lenders and servicers in connection with default litigation matters, including lender defense against consumer protection claims, condominium defensive litigation, title claim/cloud clearing litigation, and post-foreclosure eviction matters. Beyond Sarah’s managerial responsibilities, Sarah prepares and reviews complaints, answers, dispositive motions, and related pleadings and regularly attends court hearings throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Before joining the firm, Sarah spent 12 years as a Senior Litigation Attorney in private practice with a focus on foreclosure and creditor’s rights litigation, which included representation of lenders and servicers in consumer protection matters, title clearing litigation, condominium defensive litigation, and post-foreclosure evictions. Sarah began her career in private practice representing Social Security Disability claimants across the country, followed by a position as Associate Litigation Attorney at a large Boston area firm.
