Biography

Adam L. Bendett is a partner in our Connecticut Foreclosure Group. He has represented banks, lenders and mortgage servicers in mortgage default matters for over 35 years, specifically in the areas of foreclosure, loss mitigation, mediation, litigation, eviction, title curative and real estate.
He is a past Chair of the USFN Legal Issues Committee and has been a moderator and panelist in many of that organization's National and Regional seminars. The USFN is a national organization of preeminent law firms that specialize in mortgage default related legal services. Adam is a member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association Default Management and Legislative Committees, and a member of the Connecticut Bench/Bar Committee, a committee of judges and attorneys selected by the Chief Justice of Connecticut to improve and standardize the foreclosure rules and standing orders relating to foreclosures. He is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
