Firm Attorney, Neisi Garcia Ramirez presents at Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop in Florida

On June 8th, Neisi Garcia Ramirez, a Florida Bankruptcy attorney for Brock & Scott, presented on a panel at the 28th Annual Bankruptcy Skills Workshop hosted by the University of Miami School of Law, the Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Put Something Back Pro Bono Program (Dade Legal Aid).

The panel was titled, “Chapter 13 Practice from the Perspective of the Standing Trustees” and topics discussed included: Revisions to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure which went into effect December 1, 2017, the new plan form, the impact of shortened creditor claims deadlines, and how to get a chapter 13 plan confirmed quickly. Neisi Garcia Ramirez was featured on the panel along with three others who represent various aspects of the Bankruptcy process.
