THE LAW:
Foreclosure Sales are conducted according to North Carolina General Statute 45, Part 2. Procedure for Sale. Each property that is being sold will be announced by a Notice of Foreclosure Sale that is posted on the appropriate county bulletin board. Please read these notices very thoroughly. We also recommend that you seek legal advice from a real estate attorney if you would like to bid at a foreclosure sale.

SALE INFORMATION:
If you would like to know what the opening bid amount will be on an upcoming sale, you may call our office at 910-392-4988, ask for the Sales department. We should have an opening bid amount 48 hours prior to the sale. You will need to be able to provide the property address.
