Thomas E. Brock is a founding partner in the law firm of Brock & Scott PLLC, and has practiced Real Estate and Corporate Law in Winston-Salem since 1996. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1987 and his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996.
